Here we looked at how quickly individual airlines pay compensation due to Flightright as a result of flight delays and cancellations.

Customer satisfaction

We conducted a survey to analyse how satisfied air travellers are with the service provided by various airlines and how quickly and reliably their concerns were dealt with.
